Synedica gold peptides

Terms

These terms govern the use of this website. Read them before going further. If you do not accept them, leave the site.

1. What this site is

This website describes laboratory research material produced by Synedica Gold Peptides, and provides a service for checking whether a code printed on one of our labels appears in our records.

It is not a shop. It shows no prices, holds no cart, and offers no way to place an order. Nothing published here is an offer to sell, an invitation to treat, or a solicitation of any kind, in any jurisdiction.

2. Research use only

All material described here is supplied strictly for laboratory research carried out by qualified personnel in an appropriate facility.

It is not a medicinal product, a food, a supplement, a cosmetic, or a veterinary product. It has not been evaluated by any medicines regulator. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything.

It must not be administered to humans or to animals, and must not be resold, relabelled or repackaged for any such use. Anyone handling the material is responsible for doing so lawfully and safely, including disposal.

3. Who may use this site

Use of this site is restricted to people who are all of the following:

  • aged 21 years or over;
  • acting on behalf of a research organisation, laboratory or comparable institution, and not as a private individual;
  • qualified to handle research chemicals safely;
  • permitted to do so under the laws that apply where they are.

Where local law prohibits access to this material or to information about it, this site is void and must not be used.

4. No advice

Nothing on this site is medical, veterinary, pharmaceutical, legal or regulatory advice. No statement here should be relied on when deciding how to handle any substance. Consult a qualified professional.

We do not answer questions about dosing, administration, or use in living subjects, and we will not do so if asked.

5. The verification service

Each vial we release carries a code that appears in our records exactly once. The verification page reports whether that code exists in our records, which batch it belongs to, and how many times it has been read before.

What that result does and does not mean:

  • A result confirms that the code matches a record we hold. It is not a certificate of analysis and it is not a warranty of the contents of the vial.
  • The first reading of a code should be the reading made by the person who receives the vial. A count above zero on a first check indicates the code was seen earlier, which is information, not proof of anything in particular.
  • A code that does not appear in our records means we have no record of it. It does not by itself establish who produced the item bearing it.
  • Codes are printed on the label in plain view. We do not use a scratch layer or a seal, and we make no claim that a code cannot be copied.

We store a one way cryptographic hash of each code, never the code itself, so that a code cannot be recovered from our database. We may record the number of times a code is checked and the date of each check.

6. Accuracy

We try to keep descriptions, batch data and dates correct, and the verification page reads directly from our records. Even so, this site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that every page is complete, current or free of error, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

7. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to enumerate, guess or harvest verification codes, interfere with the operation of the site, probe it for weaknesses, or reproduce its content or branding in a way that suggests an association that does not exist.

Automated access at a rate that burdens the service may be blocked without notice.

8. Data

This site collects as little as it can. It sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Server logs record the requests needed to operate and protect the service, and the verification page is deliberately excluded from logging of the submitted code.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of this site, from reliance on anything published here, or from any handling of material described here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes

We may revise these terms. The version published on this page is the one in force. Continued use of the site after a change means the revised terms are accepted.
