- What does the code on the vial prove?
- It proves the vial left our facility. Each unit carries a code that exists in our records exactly once. Checking it tells you the code is real and how many times it has been read before.
- The page says my code was already read. What does that mean?
- The first reading of a code should be yours. Nobody handles the vial between our facility and you, so a count above zero on your first check means something happened in transit. Reading the same vial again later is normal and counts normally.
- Can I type the code in?
- No. The code exists only inside the square on the label. Point a phone camera at it and the check opens by itself. Nothing readable is printed, so there is no string for anyone to copy down by eye.
- What is written on the label?
- The compound, the amount, the batch, the manufacturing month and the expiry month. The verification page repeats those values from our records, so the two can be compared.
- What does the purity figure refer to?
- Chromatographic purity of the lyophilized material, measured per batch. It is a measurement of the contents of the vial and nothing more.
- How should material be stored?
- Store lyophilized vials at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius, away from light. The label carries the same instruction.
- Do you sell to individuals?

- Can this material be used in humans or animals?
- No. Everything listed here is supplied for laboratory research only. It is not a drug, not a supplement, and not fit for administration to humans or animals.
